1. Who We Are

NetVO LTD operates hosting, cloud and dedicated server services from data centers located in the European Union. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), NetVO LTD is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2. Data We Collect

  • Account data — name, company, email address, postal address, phone number and login credentials.
  • Billing data — invoices, transaction records and limited payment metadata. Full card details are processed by our payment providers and never stored on our systems.
  • Service data — server configurations, domain names, support tickets and correspondence.
  • Technical data — IP addresses, access logs and security events, collected to operate and protect the platform.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide, bill and support the services you order (performance of contract);
  • To secure our network, prevent abuse and detect fraud (legitimate interest);
  • To comply with legal obligations such as accounting and tax rules;
  • To send service announcements and, only with your consent, marketing communications.

4. Where Your Data Lives

Customer data is stored and processed in our EU data centers in Germany, Finland and France. We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area unless adequate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.

5. Sharing

We share personal data only with:

  • Payment processors, to complete transactions you initiate;
  • Domain registries and registrars, where required to register or manage a domain in your name;
  • Authorities, where disclosure is required by law and after verifying the legal basis of the request.

We never sell personal data.

6. Retention

Account and billing records are retained for as long as required by applicable accounting and tax law. Service data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period after service termination, except where retention is legally required.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate data and complete incomplete data;
  • Request deletion of data we are not legally required to keep;
  • Restrict or object to certain processing;
  • Receive your data in a portable format;
  • Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Most account data can be reviewed and updated directly in the client area. For anything else, contact us and we will respond within the statutory timeframe.

8. Cookies

Our website uses strictly necessary cookies for login sessions, shopping cart state and security. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

9. Security

We protect personal data with industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, access controls, network segmentation and continuous security monitoring across all our facilities.
