Terms of Service

The rules that govern your use of NetVO LTD services. Please read them carefully.

Last updated: 2026

1. Agreement

By ordering, accessing or using any service provided by NetVO LTD (“we”, “us”, “the Company”), you (“the Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services

We provide web hosting, cloud servers, dedicated (bare metal) servers, domain registration and related services as described on our website. Service specifications, resource allocations and pricing are stated on each product's order page and on your invoice.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • We recommend enabling two-factor authentication in the client area.

4. Payments & Billing

  • Services are billed in advance on the cycle selected at checkout (monthly, annually, etc.).
  • Invoices are generated automatically and payment is due by the date shown on the invoice.
  • Overdue accounts may be suspended; prolonged non-payment may result in termination and data deletion after prior notice.
  • All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout (USD, EUR or GBP).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the rights of any third party;
  • Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or operate open mail relays;
  • Host, distribute or link to malware, phishing content or stolen data;
  • Launch denial-of-service attacks, port scans or other network abuse;
  • Mine cryptocurrency on shared hosting or cloud plans where prohibited by the product description.

We may suspend services immediately and without prior notice where continued operation poses a security or legal risk to our network or other customers.

6. Resource Usage

Shared resources must be used in a manner that does not degrade the experience of other customers. Dedicated and bare metal services may use their full allocated resources at all times.

7. Backups & Data

Where a plan includes backups, they are provided on a best-effort basis as a convenience. The Customer remains responsible for maintaining independent copies of critical data.

8. Service Availability

Availability commitments and remedies are described in our Service Level Agreement, which forms part of these terms.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel any service at any time from the client area; cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period unless immediate cancellation is requested.
  • Domain registrations, renewals and transfers are non-refundable once submitted to the registry.
  • Refund eligibility for hosting products is stated on the relevant order page.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the affected service during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales, the jurisdiction of the contracting entity NETVO LTD (Company No. 16885314). Nothing in these terms affects mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence. Full company details are published in our Legal Notice.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the client area or email. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
